A fast growing company with lots of opportunity that truly cares about their employees. Great work environment and always creating opportunities to earn and grow within.

changes, while necessary, can sometimes come too frequently with a fast growing company

Pros

Compensation is a big plus for me. Put in the work, and you'll be well taken care of! Solid coaching/leadership from people who know the job and genuinely care if you improve (not just make them more money).

Cons

As with many companies, there are always tech issues that make you pull your hair out. It happens everywhere - but still annoying. Maybe it's marketing, maybe it's luck of the draw - but lead consistency has been a bit mushy for the last couple quarters. I emphasize that it's not been bad at all... but maybe not as consistent as it's been in the past.
