Pros

Break room has plenty of meals and snacks you can buy, heavy bag, ping pong table, tv. People who are successful at the company stay a very long time--great tenure. Fun culture with catered weekly lunches and schedule flexibility. Everyone I have met has been great so far. You can make a lot of money in sales relatively easy compared to other sales positions if you are comfortable with high volume phone sales.

Cons

The compensation is Paid hourly and need to punch in and out each day. However, if you like overtime, than this is good.

Pros

Coworkers are really great, for the most part they will have your back and offer help if you ask for it. Pay can be good, but the goals are unreasonable, especially the minimums for the kicker bonus. Only a handful of agents get the full bonus, which means management thinks the rest of us should work for next to nothing.

Cons

Management needs to STOP with the micromanaging and walking the aisles! We are not kindergarteners. I do not need to be distracted with multiple "activity reports" per day. What i need to for management to SHOW they care about our progress and success. Too much change goes on and we agents are always the last to hear about it. Work used to be FUN....not anymore. The style of management we currently have is counter-productive. They insist you are on the phone, even when you're capped and the INVALID leads count toward your cap! The 401K is also really bad for a company this size, this profitable, and that is growing this much. They really need to take care of their employees. Also, the insurance is SO expensive.
