Pros

Great teamwork and open communication, uncapped commission, awesome influx of leads and a fantastic training program for those who have not been in insurance/call center.

Cons

Be aware that you will have no life outside of work during October-December, but it will mean the most money for you! Lots of weekends and late nights.

I'm my own CEO...unlimited compensation...make as much money as you want to make...legit 100K job with a 40 hour work week...can make a lot more money by working even more hours

no residual income and you are on the phone a lot
