      Good Pay, Flexible, Lots of incentives, relaxed atmosphere, good communication

      Cons

      Long hours during AEP. The reward is great but it is still grueling.

      Pros

      The company culture was amazing! I loved working with the recruiting department, and they try making you love it, too.

      Cons

      The only downside of this position would be it's hourly wage, but the bonus after completing the internship makes up for it.

      Pros

      I have turned down better paying opportunities because of the culture here. I have never come across the culture that we have here ANYWHERE ELSE!!

      Cons

      Not everything is perfect and we can't please everyone so if you read bad reviews, be sure to weight them out with all the "good" about this company. If you are not successful here with the leads that are coming to you... it may not be the company.
