Great location, Very nice/modern office building with exceptional amenities and easy access to major retailers and highways. As a new employee, everyone I have met has been very enthusiastic about the company and its direction. It isn't everyday that you come across a great group of people still full of enthusiasm to be working for the same company after several years. That is not the case at SelectQuote. The company seems to invest in the employee by providing training and tools required for them to be successful and become contributors in their position. There are so many cool things about this company!

Cons

Your likely to gain weight based on the amount of free food they have here!

Pros

Great work environment, culture is fun, happy employees, bosses are down-to-earth, regularly receive raises + bonuses, and I made a lot of friends here! Can really see myself here for a long, long time.

Cons

This is a call-center environment- be prepared for that! But lots of fun activities to get you away from the desk when you need it! Many positions are sales based, but not all! If you join in a sales position, be prepared to sell! That is your job!

SelectQuote has provided everything I thought I wanted in a career, and more. Not only are the earnings outstanding, but the benefits, the environment, and the family feel that SelectQuote provides is unmatched. If this is "work," then I'll take it. SelectQuote makes each employee feel welcomed, and I love the diversity in the atmosphere here.

Cons

If you're a gym-rat, they tend to feed you a lot (I didn't actually see this as a con)
