Pros

The Money, the money ,the money ,the money, the people and the money

Cons

You need to hit high numbers monthly to get the type of money they tell you you'll make during the interview. But if you aren't sells driven and money motivated this isn't the company for you.

AEP Review

Pros

Lots of clients, overall training is spot on and as long as you listen and apply what is taught you will do great. Everyone is helpful in answering questions and as long as there's effort there will be rewards. LOTS OF $$$

Cons

For the AEP (Oct-Dec) Only the hours can be long, but they feed you and you'll end up wanting to be here.

We appreciate your positive feedback about our training and the unlimited earning potential in sales. There can be lots of hours during our “busy season” (AEP), but hopefully the opportunity for sales during that time makes it worthwhile. Thank you and we are genuinely grateful for your 5-star review!

Tough in the beginning but very rewarding

Pros

Trainers are mostly helpful and seem like they really want you to succeed. Very fair with time off requests and compensation. Plenty of free food and events. Company has no problem spending money on its employees. Actually getting to sell a product that literally can save someones life. Everyones kind or at least respectful for the most part.

Cons

Can be pretty tough at first and if you dont have the stomach to stick it out during the hard times you probably arent going to cut it. It is very competitive and like any sales position if you dont compete you wont be here long. I wouldnt call it cut throat because they do work with you but effort alone doesnt seem to be able to sustain employment. They want results. Not really a con but its the only thing I could find to complain about other than there being very little work life balance. Some of the trainers can get kind of short or give off a bad vibe sometimes but chalk it up to a bad day every once in a while.
