      Pros

      Select quote auto & home is a fantastic company to work for. The no cap on the comp plan is great this makes it so we can make as much money as we want every month. My coworkers are all positive and fun it is a real team environment. This makes the work day stress free and the days fly by as well. The management is down to earth (approachable)and are there to help us in anyway they can. If you want a job that you can work hard make great money and have fun while you do it this is the job for you.

      NO CONS AT ALL , but a pool table would be great ! :)

      Pros

      I left Geico where I was micromanaged and felt like I was constantly under a magnifying glass to join Select Quote in the Wilmington office and its has been truly a life changing experience. Its a laid back fun environment and they know the negative effects of micromanaging and they stray far away from it. I've been working for 13 years now and this is 1 of 2 jobs that I've ever had that I truly enjoy waking up and going to and I look forward to grow with this company.

      Pros

      Spaghetti from Price Choppers. Free cough drops from speaking 12 hours a day. The daily testing was very educational. They bring you ice cream when the AC breaks down.

      Cons

      This is a call center, a boiler room where only 10% make any money. Many agents quit during AEP due to lack of leads
