      Finally found a place where my ability could be displayed, family atmosphere, helping people with a product they need.

      Pros

      Environment is laid back, everyone in the same team, chasing the same goals. No micro managing, be your own boss, food catered all the time. And of course the $$!!

      Cons

      Working with the older crowd can test your patience, but every job has this. It's how you handle the difficult clients that makes you stand out from the rest.

      Pros

      They are so bad that they discriminate towards people who have had medical leave and try to push them out, African Americans, they are in constant violation of the ADA Act. This company is a class action suite in the making!

      Cons

      Constant micromanagement, they try to pretend to be a family but the owners are fakes that truly only care about themselves. Back stabbing people with no character and I hope they get shut down for they way they treat there employees as they are in constant violation of multiple laws on a daily basis

      Pros

      SelectQuote is a great company to work for. They have three different divisions and new jobs are posted regularly. There is a lot of opportunity at SelectQuote if you are willing to work hard.
