      Pros

      Flexible with schedule. You can make money if you can handle the micro management.

      Cons

      They lied and said the position was base + salary. Well, it is straight commission. You have a training salary that you can stay on for 6 months. They also didn't mention that you are required to work every Saturday(full shift) for 6 months. The management style is that of the movie "Boiler Room". Intimidation and humiliation.

      comp plan changes every quarter managers are unreasonable sales quotas are too high.

      Pros

      The leads are given to you and you don't have to take the work home with you when you leave. Overall a good company to work for.

      Cons

      They change the comp plan every quarter and there is an income cap and they do everything possible to keep you from making too much money.
