The income that you can make at SQ has been life-changing. Also, finding a company with such a great culture in a remote world is great.

Cons

Some seasons have longer hours but it is a good time to make money so it is worth it.

The culture welcomes new and smart ideas, highly values data driven recommendations and results while continuously looking for ways to do things better. Friendly yet driven co-workers all around.

Cons

If you're hoping to be fully remote, they are moving toward more in person. Personally I think this helps spur innovation and collaboration through face to face conversation but could be a con if this is a non-negotiable for you.
