Pros

I have worked for many insurance companies and some calls centers, this is the best company I have worked for. Selectquote focuses on paying their employees well. They know that money motivates, not a pizza party or great coworkers. Although, I do love my coworkers!

Cons

It's a call center, it's not always easy or fun. You have to meet call center metrics.
