Pros

Remote work available Training Incentives Fun work culture

Cons

Many depts doing communicate with each other Minimum 100 calls a day No time in between calls If you take a bathroom break it counts against your commission structure ( being on active calls) I was in another dept and they switched a bunch of us over. I was a sales agent but now I’m in customer care. Not sure how my sales license is being used in customer care?
