      Pros

      All inbound leads, of varying degrees of quality (if you have bought leads on your own in the past its more or less the same material), and as many of them as you can consume. Competitive products to close. Tradeoff is no trails, so you have to consistently produce or you will starve.

      Cons

      You need a law degree to fully decipher the variable comp structure, which is a moving target.

      Remote work, has sufficient training

      They added more and more metrics that are required such as a certain percentage is household capture rates, email capture rates (I once was docked $500 because my email capture rate wasn’t 10%), DVH transfers with resultant sales, etc. I was there to sell Medicare plans, not DVH or any of the other fluff. Agents are leaving in droves because their income is nowhere near what it was a year ago. They find more and more ways to steal money from the agents.
