      Lies about your actual earnings Very stressful Watched on zoom constantly Pay goes down after training You will not make 150,000 Calls not evenly spread out 10-12 hours sitting Commission not good Calls to DNC List A lot of unqualified leads A lot of confused older leads A lot of firing out of nowhere Discouragement by getting no calls Managers give more calls to favorites So many lies in this company Do not mess with this job Pay goes to $10/Hour

      *The initial training period was very solid

      Cons

      *They changed the shift that I agreed to work (in writing) *They threw us on the phones with little-to-no support *They termed many of us 30 days out of training because of close-rate *The leads are just about worthless...and I mean REALLY worthless. It's not uncommon to get calls from people that were called in the same day and said NO earlier *Commission structure, agent leveling, and many other policies seemed to change weekly.
