Pros

paid training, excellent training, opportunities to make bonuses during training, computer and supplies sent right to your front door after hired.

Cons

The high standards to try and make bonuses. The way to make the bonuses are more unattainable then attainable. Hours of working are way to much. If you try and take time off for (doctors appointment, anything that you need to take care of: good luck)! There is no integrity with the other employees, they will take your sales when someone calls for you. And management encourages it! They call it a one day close. They tell you that you can make all this money and you won't. They nickel and dime you for missing on different things, taking away your bonuses. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF GOING TO A COMPANY THAT DOES ALLOW YOU TO MAKE YOUR OWN HOURS AND TREATS YOU WITH RESPECT!

Pros

You get paid a great salary but it is hard work especially starting from scratch and learning everything from the ground up. If you devote yourself and meet your sales goals each month then you will be set! The managers are great also, very helpful when needed! They check on you weekly when doing a remote job to make sure your doing good and if you need anything. Great company to work for!

Cons

Hard work, long hours, lots of deadlines to meet and requires a lot of self motivation on your end to achieve sales goals for bonuses

Pros

Work from home. Paid training. Super easy work. Free incoming leads

Cons

Hours. You have to work 10+ hours a day to be successful. You also have to work nights to be successful. I left because the hours are not for someone like me with a family. I left because as a division they are losing money every day and say so in meetings. I also left because I felt like they didn’t care and that I was only a number. The “incoming leads” are really transferred in from people who call customers and transfer them for a “free quote.” In order to get quality leads, you must sell $60k + in premium a month. A lot of the incoming leads are dead air or from people who were lied to before being transferred.
