      Overall a great company, but outlook is negative

      Pros

      SelectQuote has a well-developed engineering department that would make many tech companies envious with a great engineering culture and overall culture of learning. Everyone single engineer I've work with has been willing to help you when you need it and provide great, useful feedback on your work.

      Cons

      Executive leadership doesn't really know what they're doing, which has caused the stock price to drop and austerity measures to be implemented. This has caused talent to leave for companies with a more optimistic outlook. Also, once you make it to a certain level, you hit a wall and there's very little room for promotions/movement.

      Pros

      People are incredible and the company truly values you. Good work life balance. Insurance is expensive, but what you get with it is very good. Fair salary.

      Cons

      Limited upside for the growth of the company due to lack of maturity in technology foundations.
