Pros

- You will have the chance to work with great and talented engineers. - People are very friendly and respectful. - Management genuinely cares for the pack and is very transparent. - No micromanagement. - You will definitely be involved and engaged right away. Though it may be overwhelming at first, but the teams are really helpful in doing their best to let you experience a smooth on boarding. - Great company values and culture! - Great perks such as good coffee, food at the pantry, lots of fruits, juices, colas, and chocolates - Work life balance ( we have a regular happy hour every week! )

Cons

It tends to get noisy in the tech room, but tolerable. And sometimes its fun to watch people being super engaged and excited about their ideas. Not so much meeting rooms. But the management has plans for it already.
