-complete company transparency. A lot of companies say this but this one means it. The management shares all the inner workings of the company including projections, obstacles, and considerations. First thing they told me in the interview was that the company is bootstrapped and ever since have given me insight into their development even though I'm not in a management position. -Sponsored my international work visa and helped with the process. - manageable workload with clear expectations. -opportunity to work with other departments. Heads of other departments are open to collaboration. -gave me a chance to explore a new field outside of my previous experience and helped me grow. -good vibe in the office; casual attire, snacks, frequent company dinners. -CEO is incredibly approachable, down to earth, and is able to find ways for each employee to grow according to their own ability. -freedom to -more or less- create your own schedule with the expectation you are in office for 8 hours a day per your contract -hire external presenters for inter/intro personal development. For example, we had a professional psychologist give a lecture on feedback. -seem to value their workers. -no one once has said "work hard play hard" to me; which is such a red flag for a tech company. -Urban sports club membership and a self improvement grant fund available.
Cons
-no performance reviews by management. (although this is being addressed) -currently in flux to a new office location. -no remote working option available.
