      The staff, in general, are very friendly and professional. Very family oriented work place.

      Pros

      Seminole has a great atmosphere and everyone is friendly. Not typically a demanding place to work. The benefits were very good.

      Cons

      Management was not typically receptive to change and changes were slowly implemented. Pay was okay considering how good their benefits were, but was a little low.
