      good benefits and hours are good which give you a good work/life balance

      No opportunities for growth and not very inclusive to minorities

      The pay is good. However the company is operated more like a mom and pop store and not a billion-dollar corporation.

      Pros

      Good pay and decent benefits for the area.

      Cons

      Not a lot of advancement for women or minorities. Management forbids current employees from communicating with people who have left the company, outside of the office.The HR department is very unprofessional. Management claims the culture is that of a family, yes if you are not one of the people management views as the black-sheep.
