Free food, Benefits, Interesting people, many manyyy opportunities to advance and grow, generous end of year bonus & turkey for thanksgiving, etc.

Cons

Lots of cigar & cigarette smoke, some very rude guests. Too much regulation in the Cash Ops department. Very risky position. Probably one of the departments with the most turnover. If you have a really bad variance it could hurt you a lot. If you are even 1 minute late back from lunch, you will be written up.
