Overall good, but upper management is lacking in experience dealing with the larger operation.

Pros

With the recent expansion there have been many new jobs added, so there is more room for advancement. Most of the co-workers are pleasant to work with.

Cons

Again, with the expansion, it appears that very little forethought was put into the general layout of the casino floor and where to put employee areas like break rooms, parking, and the extremely lacking restrooms for so many employees.
