      Pros

      They are good to give certain folks training to assist with their growth.

      Cons

      Growth is a problem, seems folks are always overlooked by management. Current management are not real leaders. HR here doesn't help the situation and just seems things are getting worse. Most of the middle management and workforce has recently left for better positions at other companies. Everyone now seems over worked with folks working over 12 hours a day.

      Pros

      In my experience, Sempra was very generous with their employees. Great compensation, great benefits, plenty of time off. Anything you needed to do your job was provided, no questions asked. I felt very supported in that respect.

      Cons

      The company culture was very old school. Promotions seemed to be based on relationships alone and not merit. Business decisions came from top down which was demoralizing for the analyst level staff working long hours to provide analysis that was ultimately ignored.
