      Pros

      Good atmosphere, constructive attitude at all levels. Clearly defined tasks and ways to achieve results. Management is involved in employee development and suggests ways. Unlimited PTO, delicious food, pleasant offices/coworking. An ordinary employee has an understanding of where the company is going. Colleagues always help not only with tasks, but also with household issues — there is a feeling that the team is a family.

      Cons

      Some internal processes (interaction between designers in different units) could be better, but it depends on us what they can be. The teams are in another country, so it's hard to go to a bar together.

      Pros

      A warm culture and friendliness when working with different people and teams. There are many talented and passionate people I have enjoyed working with every day since joining the company. In my team, we have a good level of autonomy and support from the manager and teammates. Also, the company has demonstrated its support (relocation, compensations, free learning, and more) several times over the last few years, which I greatly value.

      "Semrush stands out as an exceptional company, primarily due to the remarkable friendliness, openness, and helpfulness of its team. My initial concern during the interview was the potential for overpromising, but I quickly realized that this wasn't the case at all. The work atmosphere at Semrush fosters a unique environment where everyone is encouraged to be their authentic selves—a rarity in many companies."
