      - There is a refreshing lack of ego here. You can actually talk to management and leadership without feeling like there’s a wall between you. - The company actually lives by its values rather than just using them as marketing jargon. - The engineering department prioritizes helping each other over "being right," which makes for a much lower-stress environment.

      - Fast scaling means some workflows and processes are still being ironed out. - Collaboration is high, which sometimes leads to a heavy meeting load.

      Work-Life balance Salary is way more than I expected Friendly teams Free food and drinks at the office Lots of perks and benefits

      The onboarding process is really huge, with a lot of stuff to learn in a short time, this is not really a big cons, however it can be overwhelming sometimes. If you are lucky your new team members will be there for you as mine were for me :)
