      One of the things I value most about working here is the genuinely inclusive culture—everyone is encouraged to bring their full selves to work, and diverse perspectives are not only welcomed but actively sought out. The company also truly respects work-life balance, offering flexible hours and hybrid work options that allow you to thrive both personally and professionally. On top of that, there's a strong spirit of innovation and agility, change is embraced, and new ideas are met with curiosity and support, making it an exciting place to grow and make an impact.

      Cons

      Of course, like any growing company, there are challenges. Things move quickly, priorities shift, and sometimes that means needing to adapt fast or operate in a little bit of ambiguity. But honestly, that’s part of what makes it exciting. We’re building and improving constantly, and you get to be part of that evolution. It’s a place where your work really matters.

      It doesn’t feel like work – in the best way possible

      Being part of Semrush as an Employer Brand Specialist has honestly been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career so far. I’ve always felt trusted to bring my ideas to life, and that freedom has helped me grow a lot. One of the best things is that you always feel encouraged to take initiative. I’ve never once felt like just a number here. If you’re into digital marketing and want to work in an environment where people really care about what they do you should find that Semrush is the place to be. In fact, it's the longest I have been working in a company so far and I would love to continue for many more years :)

      Cons

      Things move fast, which is great for growth, Because it’s such a global company, time zones can make collaboration tricky sometimes. There's a lot of autonomy, which I love, but it might not work for everyone.
