Along with two big official events each year—our End-of-Year celebration in December and Company Birthday in August—we also organize monthly office events like workshops, drink tastings, video game tournaments, and more. Plus, every employee has a quarterly Teambuilding Budget to spend on outings with colleagues—whether it’s a bar hangout, museum visit, concert, or anything else you’d like. So, there’s a lot more happening than just the New Year gathering. - Bonuses for the CS Team. Our bonus structure was adjusted to increase the base pay, ensuring everyone has more stable compensation. - Performance Development. We’ve put a well-established performance development process in place. This allows us to assess employees and adjust compensation twice a year, providing clear and fair opportunities for growth.
