- Semrush provides me opportunities to grow all the time I've been working here. - All the colleagues with whom I have worked here have tended to provide constructive feedback and support rather than engage in criticism. - If a project closes for any reason, your team most likely will continue working all together towards new goals. - You can bring and adopt any cutting edge technologies while it meets business needs.

Cons

I cannot name one. Even if I came up with something, I wouldn't be able to offer a better solution how to handle it.

Pros

Great corporate culture and people - some amazing colleagues can be proficient employees and great and interesting people. You can always rely on support and advice, cross-team projects in my experience work out pretty well. Great perks: healthcare insurance, hobby benefits, PTO, teambuilding, education. The company lived through the last years without massive layoffs, which is a great moment in these turbulent times.

Cons

Not very generous on bonuses and compensations, especially if you are not in the spotlight. Sometimes some decisions may seem inconsistent.

– Very employee-friendly, considerate, and caring – Ready to support your professional activities – Not as adaptive as a startup, but not as sluggish and full-of-policies as a corporation – May depend on a role, but generally give you full freedom in terms of your work mode: office, hybrid, or full remote – They are fun!

Cons

While having over 10 offices worldwide enhances workplace flexibility, it can also complicate internal communication. Solutions via Slack or meetings can sometimes be slow.
