You are encouraged to take on projects that interest you and are guided along the way. 4. Very comprehensive onboarding—no questions left unanswered; what is expected of you is clearly stated. 5. Generally speaking, a very friendly environment.

1. Lots of meetings: but that is somewhat expected considering the company is distributed all over the world.

There are several things that inspire me about working at Semrush: · valuable product that leads the market -- that makes me feel that I am doing something very crucial and useful for our customers; · openness to new ideas from employees -- everyone may come up with their ideas and it might become a part of research/deployment in foreseeable future; · fair recognition system -- if you are a great performer, there is no doubt that company will encourage you.
