Pros

The team here in the Dallas office provides a real support system where it is evident everyday that we can all feed off each others energy, successes and emotional support. We all have a great sense of belonging and are a true team. It is not very often you have a job with coworkers that you truly care about and want to spend time with outside of office hours.

Cons

As with any sales job you get out what you put in. Sometimes in an open office layout the distractions can catch up to your routine and output.

* a lot of autonomy (even after a significant increase in size over the last years) - you will have plenty of opportunities to suggest and execute great ideas * lots of great professionals around you that you can learn from * very cosy and close-knit office in Prague * good benefits, Multisport coverage and breakfast to name the few

Cons

Really hard to add something here. Maybe because of the size it has become harder to see the impact of the actions of the individual or even a single team
