I never thought I would love my job this much
Pros
I never in a million years thought I would have a career in sales, let alone love it this much. This company is has a family feel to it and encourages you to grow both professionally and personally. I have never had a job where the base level employees get to meet with the C-Level as regularly as they do here. SEMrush recognizes that in order to grow at the incredible rate they have, they have to treat their employees right. SEMrush invests its employees and really compensates them for their hard work. This is a great sales team with incredible leadership. If you are looking for a career, not a job but a career, then I can't think of a better place than SEMrush!
Cons
Depending on how you look at it this may or may not be a con for you. SEMrush still has a young start up feel to it (Especially the Dallas location). The company goes through growing pains from time to time, but if you have the right mindset then the chance to pioneer new avenues might excite you and give you more experience.
