Decent brand name and unlimited vacation. International team.

Cons

They don’t know what they are doing. Don’t make decisions based on data but on the emotional state of their Directors and VPs. Very poor EQ and many, many new hires boomerang out of there. They get emotional, don’t make changes and blame the multitude of new hires that leave.
