      Pros

      - No toxic environment, just good people doing good work (amazing team) - There is definitely room to grow and try new things - Even though it is a big company, things are surprisingly clear and well-organized - Outstanding work-life balance

      Cons

      - Because it is a big company, not everything happens overnight, but honestly, it still moves way faster than anywhere else I have worked

      Great Company with Flexible Journey and Great Benefits

      Pros

      Multinational company where employees can adjust their work hours as long as they deliver. Great benefits pack, both for personal use and in-office treats.

      Cons

      Not so clear in terms of career plan & compensation.

      Pros

      The company is changing a lot, and you will constantly need to keep up with the work in order to contribute. For me, that was a good thing, as I wanted to learn and continue improving within the company.

      Cons

      The first few months can be confusing. I believe the product training could be better organized, and there are areas that need improvement.
