* Top-notch perks and benefits: Truly among the best. * Competitive salary and bonuses: Completely satisfied. * Outstanding team support and collaboration: Makes work seamless. * Exceptional resources: Everything needed to succeed is provided. * Amazing colleagues: Most have 3-5 years of experience as AEs—a strong indicator of a great work environment!

Cons

* Unfair or misleading lead distribution: Sometimes the system doesn’t quite meet expectations. * Significant salary gaps: Disparities exist among Senior AEs, even when holding the same role and responsibilities. * Constant pressure: The relentless demands can lead to burnout. * Increasing targets: Driven by the pressure upper management faces from investors as part of a public company. * Frequent changes: Market demands often lead to sudden adjustments, requiring quick adaptation. These challenges could be pretty standard in big corporations and come with the territory. It’s not an easy job, and it’s definitely not for the faint-hearted. But trust me—if you stick with it, it’s all worth it! :)
