      Management could use a lot more improvement

      Teammates were very helpful and nice to work with.

      Management over the content department went through leadership changes almost 2 weeks into the new role. In only 4 months of being there , my supposed to be manager (who never once took the time to get to know me as a new member of her team and other than onboarding, never had a 1:1 meeting or chat with me) decided I wasn't worth her time. I can go into all of the work and extensive training I did with them, but to keep it short, any time she did schedule a meeting, it was only to give lengthy and harsh feedback to a very short work time. You don't ever want to work for a place where your manager(s) don't even care about you. In 15 years of work experience, this one was by far the worst.

We do work hard, and during this time there is extra effort put in not by just our new hire, but their teammate and manager as well.       It is ok for a short time

      fast paced environment, some smart people, you can learn know how about the search Giant, if in luck you can develop your core skills and add some lines to your CV.

      Cons

      hard to believe (here) but some overseas pay was being done through e wallets meaning no tax. US office and its president is a joke, Cyprus is a gimmick. agile is one way only. everything and all is decided in Russia by a handful of people, maybe just one - Oleg is charismatic and convincing but actually deceiving, after leaving I learned about his scouts looking to sell the business in the US. high turnover hinders efficient continuity. its all kinda risky to bet your career

      Job eliminated 2 months ago... Now re-hiring

      Was great 2 years ago

      Cons

      My job was "eliminated" in March, laying off several highly productive team members in this process. The rationale was that this role was eliminated in an effort to focus sales upmarket. Fast forward 2 months, now they are rehiring for the same role. Very convenient that there's been an influx of positive reviews lately.
