Toxic and Non-Inclusive Culture

Pros

Great Salary, Comfortable Workspace. Good benefits

Cons

Although the company presents itself as international, significant language and cultural barriers persist in practice. In Barcelona, approximately 70% of employees are Russian speakers, yet there is little effort to foster an inclusive environment for those who do not speak Russian. While diversity can be a valuable asset, the absence of a cohesive language and culture policy across the organization hinders collaboration and limits career growth opportunities for non-Russian-speaking staff

Not the same as it was

Pros

Strong technical and development core that keeps the product running despite shifting priorities. Compensation and benefits are generally fair. The company offers stability as long as you keep your opinions to yourself.

Cons

The overall company direction feels unstable, and the macro situation hasn’t helped. Strategy shifts frequently, leaving teams without a clear sense of priorities or ownership. There are many duplicated roles and overlapping functions. Teams are fragmented, and only a few individuals have real influence. The marketing and growth teams have a toxic culture driven by politics and poor communication. HR is among the worst I’ve encountered, completely untrustworthy and focused on protecting management rather than supporting employees.
