Thank you for your review. You’re spot on—our team members are our biggest asset, and we really value each and every one of them.
Regarding our processes, it’s understandable that they may not suit everyone’s preferences. We all have different needs and perspectives.
As for our working hours, they are part of our official policy concerning mandatory attendance times. During these periods, we schedule meetings and expect timely responses to emails/messages. This expectation is communicated clearly to all new team members from the outset. However, we are open to discussing and accommodating individual circumstances whenever possible.
