The people have always been the main plus at Semrush. They bring fresh ideas, are willing to help, and are eager to learn and grow with the company. Semrush consistently provides opportunities for those employees who want to switch career paths (horizontal growth) or grow as leaders and managers.

Cons

Constant change, while crucial for business, can be destabilizing for people. Your team could be merged with another team, transferred to another department, or you could find yourself reporting to a new manager with a totally different vision and strategy. This can sometimes be frustrating. Another thing is lack of transparency between departments and divisions.
