This commitment fosters an environment ripe for skill enhancement and the development of a significant professional portfolio. Any employee will definitely expand their boundaries and gain cross-functional knowledge, with a proper support and mentoring guidance, if they wish.

Cons

The fast-paced environment, tight deadlines and projects scope might not fit everybody, requiring a high degree of flexibility and adaptability. The autonomy given to designers, while empowering, also demands a high level of self-direction and initiative. This level of independence may not be comfortable or suitable for every designer.
