At Semrush, we're really seeing the company take off and grow. With this growth comes loads of opportunities, though sometimes we hit a few bumps due to things not being super organized in some areas. But, our HR team does a great job supporting us as we expand. It's pretty cool being part of a team that's making waves in our industry!

Cons

At Semrush, while we're definitely on an upward trajectory, some might find the lack of processes in certain areas a bit unsettling. It can lead to a bit of instability at times

Remote work options, PTO, health insurance. Only people that are truly desperate for a remote role should apply.

Cons

- This company has been around for far too long to be this unorganized. It's truly embarrassing. - No company culture, support in any fashion, diversity, growth opportunities - Untrained/out of touch management - Every single review response here is misleading or factually incorrect
