-Company has not given a company wide salary increase in years. -Very political. -Does not walk the walk to their "values". -Company till work you as much as they can get away with. -Upper management sets unreasonable expectations in annual budgets, and then forces weeks of vacation to lower expenses (but most people end up working, so essentially a pay cut)
