Great work life balance and culture but pay could be better

The worklife balance and culture is great.

Cons

The pay can be sort of low depending on what client you get sent to and depending on what sort of role you are doing at that client place. Some places you aren't doing too much and the pay makes sense, but at other clients you might be doing roles where the industry pay is a lot higher compared to the salary.
