It’s often better to work with boutique firms straight out if college because you’re able to immediately learn a lot and directly work with clients. Of all the consulting firms, Sendero has one of the best work life balances.

Cons

While it has one of the best work life balances, it always depends on your project. Of course, sometimes you simply have to work more but weeks were usually no more than 50 hours.
