Pros
I have always been impressed by how Sendero is focused on continuous improvement. Management knows things can always improve, and they work incredibly hard to take care of their people and their clients. Core values are extremely important and are baked into performance evaluations. As a result of this incentive, everyone is focused on these core values such as shared success and higher reaching. It is a company full of people supporting each other and going the extra mile. Also, when it comes to compensation, I think it is totally fair given the work-life balance that I have always had at Sendero.
Cons
As mentioned in the pros, the company is always looking to improve. I have seen improvements in areas such as maternity leave; however, this could always improve further as the company grows and has more of an ability to provide better benefits.
