So many cons. Company culture preaches inclusivity and a nurturing approach, but in reality you will be forgotten about if you don’t play the who-you-know game or conform to their “ideal”. Supervisors will literally take credit for your work and nobody will care. Complaints aren’t addressed, regardless of severity, and “well connected” employees can get away with anything; favoritism is rampant and obvious. Growth and promotions aren’t based on performance but on who’s most liked. The salary is very low for the market, and overall benefits are lacking, but they seem to count on hiring college grads who don’t know better. Diversity definitely needs work; see above about meeting their ideal. Assignments are primarily staff augmentation, not real management consulting projects, and assignment preferences are largely ignored. Essentially an IT staffing company. Instead of declining a bad staffing opportunity, management will just cycle low level employees through the role until someone sticks around and deals with it.

The pay is a bit below market average and the client work can be tedious/ mundane.
