Benefits available for full-time employees after 90 days. Stores are nice. Opportunity to help customers who are looking for quality items and service.

Cons

Mom and Pop business has grown to a size where it needs some professional infrastructure - high level outside hires might help. However, the powers that be don't seem open to outsiders.
