Pros

So many great things about Sendik's: employees are friendly, very flexible scheduling, good culture

Cons

The wages are somewhat unfair. I was working with co-workers that were younger and less experienced, yet they were making just as much and in some cases more money than I was. Many new hires seemed like very bureaucratic decisions.

good with scheduling. adequate hours offered.

Cons

low average pay within industry. not much feedback given to employees. unfair treatment given to relatives of store manager.

Pros

-They start you at $8 -Benefits start after 3 months of full-time employment -Get off major holiday's, except for summer-time holidays

Cons

-employees come second -benefits ONLY apply to full-time employes -opportunities to grow are limited and very selective -raises are pathetic (I got deeply screwed over, and I work more positions than my job title) -management is poor -they are co-operative about time off, but not always understanding (I could literally go on forever)
