The next Kohls Food Stores

Pros

Good in store management teams, A couple of owners who still care, You get a paycheck, The stores look nice inside.

Cons

Lack of leadership and continuity from upper management, Regular employees are paid fair market value but managers are not, company has lost it's direction and has a lot of management in its office and stores making knee jerk decisions based off of a fear they are about to be fired.

Cons

Overworked, underpaid. Worked for Sendiks for 4 years, paid very little raises for the amount of work they had me doing. Management isn’t on the same page, I work with people who do not even know how to do math. Managers make the hardest workers do everything and burnout the good employees then trade them in for someone not qualified once the good employees realize how toxic this place is to work. Left and will never go back
