Easy job Monday to friday schedule.

Cons

They will not do anything if you report a sexual harassment by another employer. They will fire you instead and use the dumbest excuse for it.

Pros

Loved the weekly grub hub gift cards and laidback feel. There is an Openness to fail. Great pay. Great benefits.

Cons

Everything feels haphazard and things change mid-flight constantly. During my time there, I changed managers, job description and title several times. The D&I efforts while present are sorely misplaced. It makes me so sad that I could not get out of there fast enough as there were so many good ppl I connected and worked with but this company had a lot of growing to do.

Company is trying to do too much at one time instead of really honing in on its core competency. Every day there seems to be a new shiny object leadership gets fixated on, which is pretty far from where focus should be. Company driving people hard during pandemic. lots of people look burned out.
