Completely unorganized-no respect for laid off employees

fun product to use unlimited PTO

Cons

Even after numerous lay offs, Sendoso doesnt have the decency to properly file Cobra insurance or notify you when they didnt do it correctly, There are laws in place for this. They are a Dept of Labor dream case. The leadership of Sendoso should be ashamed and held accountable.

Pay was good and the platform is cool but isn’t a need for companies.

Cons

- many people are workaholics and message over weekends. - business outlook is concerning. Many layoffs. - unforgiving leadership. No empathy. Emotional decision making.

Cons

Sendoso's 401k plan failed its discrimination testing, so our retirement contributions are being returned to us. This is another failure in a long string of embarassing missteps and failures.
